Sorry, I am late to the game here and trying ot catch up a bit.
I like the idea of a "Last Will" and all the discussion here seems to be centered on the concept of that. I still see a potential for exploitation though:
1. I create 2 accounts of Faithless. 1 x main and 1 x storage bot.
2. My main makes a Will for my bot.
3. My main goes out kills to my hearts content. All items I collect is put in the bank/house/what have you.
4. Kohs comes along one day and kills me.
5. My bot now uses my will and claims on all my mains items.
6. I create a new main, then goes to my bot and collects items from him.
7. Rinse and repeat from step #2 again.
But, what if a Faithless doesn't draw up Will. What happens to the items in his bank, his property/house and the items within? Do they just disappear? Looters?
I would say if a person dies without ay Last Will, that upon notification of death the bank takes control of said property/accounts, takes whatever fee's is still owed, then puts the rest up for an open auction. Any player can bid on the items either silent bid or someo ther means.
Of course I may be way off on what direction you all were going with this.
